My experiences with Dominique James as homeopathic therapist and homeopathy in general. I’ve always been fascinated by homeopathy, the fact that cause and cure are so closely related.  

 

When I saw the request of Dominique looking for people to help, and the people helping her to graduate, I couldn’t but reply that I was very interested. She is an amazing woman, kind, warm hearted, very thoughtful.  

But also very thorough in explaining the way homeopathy works and what was expected from both parties.  

 

The way she works, her questions at times thought provoking and making me face up to aspects of my life and habits.  

 

Always gentle, but probing in an attempt to find the truth and thus the right cure.  

 

Also the discussions about the importance of homegrown food and preserving, so important to help with overall health. 

 

But always coming back to the task at hand.  

 

It helped a lot with coming to terms with the loss of my father at a very young age and also the anger towards my mother after she passed almost 2 years ago. I feel so much more settled in myself, being able to have acknowledged for myself the hurt and feeling of abandonment and dealing with it ( with regards to my dad).  

 

Also the anger towards my mother is much eased and I’m much more able to recall the joyful times with her, as a kid as well as as an adult.  

 

Overall it was a very pleasant experience to deal with Dominique. It is amazing that technology nowadays makes it possible to have these consultations online. I would certainly recommend Dominique to other people.

I first started working with Dominique over an acute rash on my son. She suggested a few things to try to help, but when they didn't move the needle much and the problem then switched to something more chronic/long term she suggested that we do a consult for more deeper work.

 

From the beginning she made me feel comfortable, as she is a very friendly and warm personality. We bonded over having multiple boys in our families.

 

She was very direct with questions and instructions, getting to the bottom of the issue with my son's rash and constipation issues.

 

Very good with communication and checking in on how we was doing emotionally and physically. Because the train of events had to do with an older son, she also suggested that we treat them both together as to really make a shift in BOTH of the boys and the way that their relationship was impacting this physical problem. I would absolutely recommend working with her and I plan to have her do some constitutional work for my whole family as I have seen the impact it can have on one's health and life.

Working with Dominique is taking the time to think, act in the best interests of the patient.  There is an ongoing, active partnership from beginning to end.

Homeopathy is more than an alternative, complementary way of doing things.

​

Each patient deserves the best treatment.  They sometimes ends up in the critical care unit and Western medecine is not always sufficient.

​

Together with Dominique, we took on a kitten literally being eaten alive by external and internal parasites.  Western medecine got rid of the external ones, but the kitten just wasn't making it despite the drips, force-feeding, and everything else we as vets had done.

This kitten got intensive care from Dominique and I for 48 hours, in fact we all fell asleep together on the couch, the kitten under an infra red light.  The next morning we were woken up with a loud purring going on and a few licks each as well.  By the end of that weekend, he was back in vet clinic and a week later, back home.  He never needed anything else and lived to the ripe old age of 16!

There were many more instances of us working together when nothing else was working and it was wonderful to watch.
